SPEAKER_01Welcome to Spotlight for Success by American American Book Company. I'm your host, Eric Pentozi, and we're here with our co-host, Danielle Pentozi. And today we have a special guest, Garrett. Garrett is the account manager for ByteSpeed, so we're so glad to have you with us today. What brings you guys to this conference?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean we've we've been doing business in Kentucky for about 25 years. We've got a lot of customers in the K through 12 space, so fast is just a good opportunity to get see a lot of our current customers, meet a lot of new people that aren't customers or they're prospects, and just kind of looking for computing solutions.
SPEAKER_01And how has your experience been working with ByteSpeed?

SPEAKER_00Awesome. We're a small company, but we punch big. So everything's been really positive.
SPEAKER_01Can you tell me a little bit more about ByteSpeed?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so uh ByteSpeed is an IT solutions company. Um what we're really known for is like uh computing solutions, so like we do custom-built desktops and servers. So like this is like a Nook desktop that you just kind of slap on the back of a monitor. And then we've got uh smaller form factor PCs, something like this as well. Um so that's what ByteSpeed's been doing. That's been kind of been our bread and butter for the last 26 years since we started the company. Um that's what a lot of people know us for. If you kind of go around school districts in Kentucky or really anywhere around the nation, you're gonna see ByteSpeed PCs, ByteSpeed servers. Awesome.
SPEAKER_01And what separates ByteSpeed from other competitors?

SPEAKER_00Um just just being that small company, being being that like uh provider that uh can provide that like exceptional level of service. So we offer a five-year warranty and a lifetime tech support on uh on our PCs and our servers. Um we're quick, we're easy to get a hold of. Um being small, we we can really uh adjust to the customers' needs. Um we offer free custom imaging and a lot of other like free like asset tagging and different things that some of these bigger companies um are gonna have to charge a little bit more for. So we're able just to uh adjust to the customer needs a lot better.
