Of course, those students were invisible, but I was teaching nevertheless, and so I went on from teaching and I was a principal for 18 years Wow Before starting my company, empowered Educational Consulting, and so now I actually go back and give back in a way that I wanted when I was an administrator, and I do it in a couple of ways providing professional development to teachers, et cetera.

I was a principal at a school, at a couple of schools, where I got the pleasure of working through a lot of different behaviors, so I became somewhat of an expert, and so I'm sharing a lot of those strategies with people all across the country, because we really need it these days.
